"Baoshan brand" ap-7 water absorption powder is high purity, non-toxic, harmless, does not damage the skin, and can be reused after drying. It is the best material for annealing and heat preservation of alloy. Its use method:

 

1. Pour the absorbent powder into the stainless steel or wooden box to smooth the thickness > = 15cm.

 

2. Put the steel cup filled with slurry and vacuumized, gently put it on the water suction powder, press it, and the more 2-2.5 hours, the water in the steel cup will be dried.

 

3. The once used water absorption powder shall be removed from the water absorption part, and the dry powder can be used for water absorption of the next batch of steel cups.

 

4. Put the hygroscopic powder into the iron bucket and dry it in the oven just after burning the platinum powder. The humidity should be 450 ℃.

 

5. After drying, it can be reused until there are a lot of sand grains in the powder.

 

6. When the platinum or K-gold and stainless steel castings are annealed, the casting after casting shall be embedded in the dry powder absorption with a thickness of > = 20cm, and let it cool naturally.
